We offer free US shipping on any order over $95.

Orders are typically shipped within 1-5 business day and spend 10-12 days in transit. This means your order should arrive at your doorstep within 12-15 business days — and often less!

Canada Customers

We also offer Free Shipping to Canada for orders over US$150 (Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick) and over US$200 (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Alberta, New Foundland and Labrador).

International Customers

We are proud to service customers all around the world. Most orders are shipped via Fedex International Connect Plus. This method takes between 15-25 business days. Shipping cost is determined the weight of your order and the destination country. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Customs Information

Commercial invoices will be marked as “Merchandise” and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid.

VAT, GST or any other duties/taxes/fees are not pre-paid for international orders or included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout and may be levied upon delivery. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipments; Delivery; Title and Risk of Loss.

We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Return Policy

Because this is a handmade product, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged due to shipping. If you wish to return or exchange any product in your order, simply email, admin@tiemcali.com, and one of our team members will help you process the request.

Returns can NOT be made outside of the 7-day period.

A few quick things:

Products must be returned in like-new condition with the original packaging.

Samples and outlet items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your package can’t be delivered and is sent back to us because you’re not there, an incorrect address was provided, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. If the package is not returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
